Our Commemorations, ANZAC Day & Remembrance Day are held in high regard by the community.

The RSLA (Q) Gracemere & District Sub Branch has exceptional culture, respected by the local community, operated by unpaid volunteers, unencumbered, freehold, community liquor licence.
Welfare services operate on call. Bar trades Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday or when requested for wakes or other community functions.
Provide Friday night meals fortnightly, karaoke alternate Friday, every second Saturday of the month, live Country & Western Band, huge night. Darts two nights a week, friendly pool table games daily and free tea & coffee.
Saturdays are opened for private/public function.
The WBB District Council Meeting, 20/05/17 provided 72 meals & smoko with licensed bar, funds received enabled welfare purchase, warranty mobility scooter to be presented to ex Service person on 11th June 2017.
The Sub Branch donates funds to Rockhampton RSL Care, Rockhampton 1st CQ Light Horse, Pipe Band, Navy Cadets, Disadvantaged Children, and Helicopter Rescue & Primary schools.
Ex Service Members & families visit the Sub Branch drop in centre for social inclusion.
We have no trained welfare officers however; we use Rockhampton Advocate, Caroline Wright for Service members and their families
The Sub Branch runs weekly raffles, Christmas raffles, RSL merchandise; interact with local primary schools & early learning centres.
Provide poppies to local primary schools & public during merchandise sales for 5 days prior to commemorations. Provide military displays under care & custody from 1st CQ Light horse troop.
